HillRockS International was founded in 2023 with a singular mission: to accelerate India's transition to solar energy by serving the government and public sector with reliable, full-cycle EPC solutions.
We recognised that government bodies and public institutions face unique challenges — stringent compliance requirements, complex procurement processes, and the need for long-term operational reliability. We built our company to address exactly these needs.
